(3) Not to continue an approach for landing in the following cases, when an aircraft is intending to land under instrument flight rules:
a) when weather conditions at the approach limit altitude are below the minimum weather conditions;
b) When an aircraft, at an altitude less than the minimum approach altitude, is unable to ascertain its position by means of continuous visual contact with the ground surface or water suface;
(4) Not to commence take-off roll, when an aircraft is intending to take off in succession to another aircraft, before said aircraft takes off and passes the end of the landing area;
(5) Not to enter within the aerodrome boundary for landing, when an aircraft is intending to land in succession to another aircraft, before said aircraft has landed and proceeded to a point outside the landing area;
(6) Not to enter within the aerodrome boundary for landing, when an aircraft is intending to land in succession to another aircraft which is taking off, before said aircraft takes off and passes the end of the landing area;
(7) Not to commence take-off roll, when an aircraft is intending to take off in succession to another aircraft which is landing, before said aircraft lands and proceeds to a point outside the landing area.

 

2. The Minister of Transport shall, at each aerodrome, establish the flight procedures in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph 1 of the preceding paragraph, the weather conditions in accordance with the provisions of subparagraphs 2 and 3 of the same paragraph, and the approach limit altitude in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph 3 of the same paragraph.

(Special Instances in case of Emergency)
Article 191. Any aircraft crew shall, when it has learnt that another aircraft isin a state of emergency such as engine failure, lack of fuel and so forth,notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 180 to 189 inclusive, navigate their so asnot to obstruct said aircraft from effecting any emergency measures.

 

Article 192. Any person who intends to obtain permission under Article 84 paragraph 1 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an applicationdescribing the following items:
(1) Name and address;
(2) Type of aircraft, the nationality and registration mark of the aircraft;
(3) Summay of flight plan (indicating clearly the purpose, date and route of the flight);
(4) Date and place of engagement of a formation flight;
